The Coeur d'Alene Resort Spa and group retreats complement each other in an inspiring lakeside setting. Nourish your relationships with private yoga classes, treat a VIP to an inspiring service, or connect after a restorative massage. Allow your group to find balance and rejuvenation - whether it’s adventure, relaxation or both - to make the most of your journey together. Please note that availability is limited and must be arranged in advance with the Spa Coordinator.

Group Policies
- We require putting a credit card on file at the time of booking
- In the case of a no-show or a short-term cancellation, we will charge a 50% Cancellation Fee (of the total)
- We add an automatic gratuity of 20% for groups of 5+ guests.
- We require 48-hour advance notice for changes or cancellations within a Group Spa Party (all changes must take place within 48+ hours of notice). Any changes made within 48 hours will acquire a partial upcharge. A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged for any services that are canceled - or unused - within 48 hours of the date of service.
- For Guests looking for a Group Spa Experience, we ask that you make arrangements a minimum of 6-8 weeks in advance.
Meet Our Spa Coordinator: Ashley Wiedenhoff
Meet our incredible Spa Coordinator - Ashley Wiedenhoff! Ashley has worked at our Spa for 10+ years and is truly such an asset to
both our Guests and our Team Members alike. Not only does she manage our Private Group Spa Party Bookings, but Ashley is also a Licensed Nail Technician and Nail Instructor. Outside of work, you can find her going to concerts, sipping on margaritas, spending time outside, loving on her two cats Dorito and Marv, as well as spending time with her fiancé Daniel.
