Where Is the Spa Located?

We are located on the lobby-level of The Coeur d’Alene Resort (115 S 2nd St, Coeur d'Alene, ID 83814). It is located behind the Concierge Desk in the main lobby.

When Are You Open?

We are open daily from 8AM-8PM.

What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
  • Cancellation: We require 4 hours of advance notice to cancel an appointment without penalty.
  • No-Shows: A fee of 50% of service will be charged to the guest's credit card for no-shows.
  • Parties of five or more: We require 48 hours advance notice for changes or cancellations to an appointment held by parties of five guests or more.
* Please note: our Spa Management Team will consider waiving cancellation fees in the case of reasonable circumstances - please contact us for more information.
What Are Your Holiday Hours?

We are open on Thanksgiving Day from 8AM-2PM, we are open Christmas Eve from 8AM-6PM, and we are closed on Christmas Day. 

What Services Do You Offer?

We are a full service spa and salon. We offer massages in various styles, facial treatments, body wraps, body scrubs, hair services, nail services and waxing services. Please see attached link for full menu.

Are Children Allowed?

Yes, with Adult Supervision present. There will also be a consent form for the Adult to sign upon arrival.

Where Do I Park (and Is It Included?)

We offer complimentary parking in The Coeur d’Alene Resort Parking Garage for up to three hours. Spa Guests can utilize complimentary Valet Parking or Self-Park their car. 

Do You Offer Group Spa Parties?

Yes, we do! We can create custom Spa Parties based on your wants and needs. To make arrangements for day groups, such as birthday party, baby shower or holiday groups, please contact our Operations Coordinator, Ashley Wiedenhoff, at 208-765-2300 ext. 5019 or at awiedenhoff@cdaresort.com

Is Your Spa Wheelchair Accessible?

Yes, we have an elevator - all areas within the spa is wheelchair accessible (including our jacuzzies and pool.)

What Is Included With My Spa Day?

On the day of your services you will get full day access to the full service locker rooms, which include infrared dry saunas, the Quiet Rooms, women’s lounge, men’s lounge and co-ed lounge, and the Recreation Facilities attached with the hotel, co-ed hot tubs, lap pool, and fitness center.

Do You Serve Food and Beverage?

We offer a limited light eats menu served out of Beverly's kitchen, a self serve beverage bar, and alcoholic beverages by purchase from Whispers Lounge. Due to availability, we ask that you let our Front Desk Staff know that you are interested in ordering food during your appointment at the time of booking if at all possible.

Can I Bring In My Own Food or Beverage?

No - we require all food and beverage to be purchased from The Resort Spa.

Are Your Saunas Male-Only and Female-Only?

Yes - there is one sauna in the Men's Locker Room and one in the Female Locker Room. Please note that robes or towels are required during use.

Are Dogs Allowed?
No - dogs are not allowed in the Spa, Fitness Center, or Pool Recreation Center. The only exception is if the dog is a Service Animal.
 
What Do I Need To Bring for My Spa Day?

There are full service locker rooms for your use, and upon check in you will receive a locker to put your belongings into as well as a cozy robe and spa slippers. Swimsuits are required for the pool/hot tub as well as the sauna. Any other undergarment for in the service is up to personal discretion.

What Should I Wear During My Massage?

We ask that our Guests undress to your comfort level. You can be fully clothed if you wish, but we suggest that Guests either leave just their undergarments on, or to opt for no clothing at all. This allows for the therapist to massage you with uninterrupted strokes - and, of course, the therapist will leave your private areas covered by the sheets during the entire duration of your service. 

Are There Showers for Me To Get Ready After My Services?

Yes; there are full service locker rooms for your convenience before and after services. The locker rooms are equipped with hair products, lotion, hair brushes, blowdryers, etc. 

If I Get a Salon Service Does That Give Me Access to the Spa Meditation Room and Locker Room?

Yes, it does.

Do You Have a Steam Room or Sauna?

While we do not offer a steam room, we do offer an infrared dry sauna complimentary to all Spa Guests. We have a male-only sauna and female-only sauna.

When Should I Arrive for My Service?

We recommend you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your service - but feel free to come earlier or stay later to enjoy all of our complimentary amenities.

What Are the Pool and Jacuzzi Hours?

6AM-10PM daily. Adult-only hours are 6AM-9PM and 9PM-10PM.

Do I Get Access to the Infinity Pool?

The Resort Infinity Pool is separate from the Spa, therefore access to the Outdoor Resort Infinity Pool is not permitted for Spa Guests (unless they are Resort Guests.)

What Is the Difference Between a Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage?

The amount of pressure. A Swedish massage is a relaxation style massage that generally includes long strokes. It targets the superficial muscles (rather than the connective tissues targeted in deep-tissue massage) and increases blood circulation. The deep tissue massage is more intensive but will break up the deeper muscle tissue (knots.)

Do You Do Gel on Toes?

No, we only do gel application on fingernails.

Do You Offer Acrylic Nails?

We do not do any drill work, therefore we do not have the ability to work on Acrylics.

Do You Offer Spa Day Passes?

We do not offer day passes at this time. We do have club memberships that give you access to the Rec Center Facilities, or any spa/salon service gives you full day of access as well. Find out more: www.cdaresort.com/cda-club/

Each retreat offers Overnight Resort Accommodations, Spa Service(s), and a rotating adventure or experience.

Is It Proper Etiquette To Provide Gratuity for All of My Services?

Our therapists highly appreciate gratuity for their services. Gratuity can be left as cash with the therapist after the service, or can be charged on a credit card and we will allocate the gratuity to them manually. Any tips are highly appreciated.
